I'm a film editor based in Switzerland and Germany. I grew up in Lucerne, a beautiful small town in Switzerland. While studying philosophy at the University of Zurich, I began my career in film, working on film sets as a camera assistant and later moving into post-production, editing commercials. My interest has always leaned toward editing documentaries and I completed my first feature documentary in 2019. Since then my work has been screened at SXSW and featured on platforms such as VIMEO STAFF PICKS, NOWNESS and MUBI.

In addition to editing, I explore interests in philosophy and consciousness studies. I was the vice president of the Swiss Biennial on Science, Technics and Aesthetics, a leading European conference on the interdisciplinary study of consciousness, which has hosted Nobel laureates and prominent thinkers from around the world. I am also a member of the Schweizer Syndikat Film und Video (SSFV), the professional association for filmmakers in Switzerland.
